Arrêté du Gouvernement flamand portant approbation de la programmation de subdivisions structurelles non duales dans la forme d'enseignement 4 de l'enseignement secondaire spécial

Fondement juridique
Le présent arrêté est fondé sur :
- le Code de l'Enseignement secondaire du 17 décembre 2010, l'article 289, § 7, inséré par le décret du 3 juillet 2020.
Formalités
Les formalités suivantes sont remplies :
- l'inspection de l'enseignement et l'Agence de services d'enseignement ont donné un avis le 21 avril 2022.
- l'Inspection des Finances a donné un avis le 28 avril 2022.
Initiateurs
Le présent arrêté est proposé par le Ministre flamand de l'Enseignement, des Sports, du Bien-Etre des Animaux et du Vlaamse Rand.
Après délibération,
LE GOUVERNEMENT FLAMAND ARRETE :
Article 1 ^er. Les établissements d'enseignement suivants sont autorisés, en application de l'article 289, § 7, du Code de l'Enseignement secondaire du 17 décembre 2010, à procéder à la programmation suivante pour l'année scolaire 2022-2023 :

Art. 2. Le présent arrêté entre en vigueur le 1 septembre 2022.
