Par jugement du 28 septembre 2004, le tribunal de commerce de Liège a déclaré, close par liquidation d'actif, la faillite prononcée en date du 22 avril 2002, à charge de la société privée à responsabilité limitée Nazar Benelux, établie et ayant son siège social à 4000 Liège, En Féronstrée 99, inscrite à la Banque-Carrefour des Entreprises sous le n° 0442.870.821, a déclaré la société faillie inexcusable et a déchargé de ses fonctions le curateur, Me Alain Bodeus, avocat à 4000 Liège, place du Haut Pré 10.
Aux termes de l'article 185 du Code des sociétés, est réputé liquidateur Mme Monique Braems, domiciliée à 4000 Liège, rue Lambert-Grisard 18.
