Afdeling V. - Optiestelsel van landbouwvennootschappen

Artikel 12, KB/WIB 92 (aj. 2012)

(Art. 29, §2, 2°, WIB 92)

De landbouwvennootschappen mogen voor de rechtspersoonlijkheid en voor het stelsel van de vennootschapsbelasting kiezen wanneer zij op de eerste dag van het eerste belastbare tijdperk waarvoor de optie wordt uitgeoefend, tenminste 3 vennoten tellen en wanneer het maatschappelijk kapitaal op diezelfde datum tenminste 30.950 EUR bedraagt.

Art. 12 :
  • vanaf het aanslagjaar 2002 wordt het in art. 12 opgenomen bedrag uitgedrukt in euro (art. 2, KB 13.07.2001 - BS 11.08.2001)
  • art. 12 is van toepassing vanaf het aanslagjaar 1992 (art. 64ter, KB/WIB - BS 13.09.1993)
