Vredegerecht van het kanton Landen-Zoutleeuw, zetel Zoutleeuw
Bij beschikking van de vrederechter van het kanton Landen-Zoutleeuw, zetel Zoutleeuw, verleend op 6 januari 2011, werd een einde gesteld aan het voorlopig bewind over Ertryckx, Florent, geboren te Neerlinter op 29 augustus 1922, wonende te 3470 Kortenaken, Mounstraat 21, door Lauwereys, Pascale, advocaat, wonende te 3300 Kumtich (Tienen), Sint-Gillisplein 6/1, daartoe aangewezen bij beschikking van de vrederechter van het kanton Landen-Zoutleeuw, zetel Zoutleeuw, op 26 oktober 2010 (rolnummer 10A372-Rep.R. 972/2010), gepubliceerd in het Belgisch Staatsblad van 10 november 2010, blz. 73162, met ingang van 14 december 2010, ontslagen van de opdracht ingevolge het overlijden van de beschermde persoon te Kortenaken op 14 december 2010.
